You choose a flat monthly plan. Each plan covers a set number of dedicated hours each week that your matchmaker spends searching, reviewing, reaching out, and coordinating on your behalf, amplified by our sourcing tools so each hour reaches further than manual searching ever could. Every plan is the same flat rate, $15 an hour of dedicated work, and starts at $300 per month, with no five-figure retainers and nothing hidden. Billing only begins after your free consultation, once you've approved moving forward, and you can adjust or pause your plan anytime.

Every potential match is personally reviewed by your matchmaker for compatibility before it ever reaches you.

Introductions come one carefully vetted person at a time, only after you've approved them, and our own network is just one of many places your matchmaker looks, alongside the apps, subscription sites, and social and professional channels. During your intake and consultation we dig into who you've been drawn to and why, the patterns behind your best and worst matches, and the qualities that actually matter to you. You can even train it directly: we use AI tools that you teach, for example by rating example profiles, so they learn your real visual and personality preferences. Those tools help your matchmaker evaluate every candidate against everything we've learned about you, so introductions are filtered through your genuine taste rather than a generic checklist. Your matchmaker always makes the final call and personally reviews each person before you ever see them.

Transparency is built in. You receive regular written progress updates summarizing the outreach, the candidates being considered, and the next steps in your search, and your matchmaker is always available to walk you through the work. Yes. There's no public profile and no inbox to manage. Your name and contact details are never shown to potential matches, and your information is only shared with a prospective match once you've approved it. Confidentiality and professionalism are central to how we work.

On the matchmaking side, your matchmaker personally vets and interviews every candidate over a phone call before introducing them to you, confirming they're real, single, and serious, and noting anything that doesn't add up, like a photo that doesn't match the person. On request, your matchmaker can also run a background check on one specific person, whether it's someone we're introducing or someone you've matched with on the apps yourself; that's an optional paid add-on, quoted before we start. When registering, members agree to our community standards and represent that they meet our eligibility requirements, including that they have not been convicted of a felony and are not required to register as a sex offender. 4Keeps does not run a formal criminal background check on every member by default, so please use your own judgment and take normal safety precautions when meeting anyone in person.

Yes. Clients can add optional one-on-one coaching and training sessions, professionally curated by Dr. Lindsay O'Shea, covering date prep, debriefs, confidence, and breaking patterns that get in the way. Every plan includes training resources and date-prep coaching from your matchmaker; one-on-one sessions with a coach are a paid add-on on any plan, at $85 for your first session and $285 after. It is supportive coaching, not therapy or a substitute for professional mental health care.

You can cancel at any time and are never locked in. You can also pause whenever you like, which suspends billing, and nothing is charged at all until your matchmaker confirms your start date. On refunds, we're straightforward: your fees buy your matchmaker's dedicated hours, so hours already worked on your search aren't refundable, and there's no money-back window or trial period. If you stop partway through a cycle you've paid for, we pro-rate it, so you're only ever paying for time actually spent searching for you. See our Terms for details.

You're free to cancel at any point during your two-week membership period. If you do, we simply pro-rate your refund based on the hours your matchmaker has already worked on your behalf. Yes. Every Client gets a professional dating app makeover included free as part of their membership - we hand-pick and retouch your photos, write your prompts and bio, and rebuild your profiles so they show the best, most authentic version of you. The goal is simple: maximize your profiles to maximize your results, so every introduction and every swipe lands harder. It's yours at no extra cost once your matchmaker has completed 40 hours of dedicated work on your search. (If you cancel before reaching that 40-hour mark, the makeover fee is billed in full afterward as a separate charge.)

That's completely your call, and plenty of members choose exactly that. Having your matchmaker run your dating apps is an option many people love because it saves them hours of swiping and messaging, but it's never required. If you'd rather keep your apps to yourself, your matchmaker simply focuses on proactive outreach and hand-selected introductions from everywhere else and passes promising people to you to take it from there. You can also start hands-off and hand the apps over later, or the reverse, whatever you're most comfortable with.
