Every plan is the same flat rate, $15 an hour of dedicated work, and starts at $600 per month, with no five-figure retainers and nothing hidden. Billing only begins after your free consultation, once you've approved moving forward, and you can adjust or pause your plan anytime.

Yes. There's no public profile and no inbox to manage. Your name and contact details are never shown to potential matches, and your information is only shared with a prospective match once you've approved it. Confidentiality and professionalism are central to how we work.

Your matchmaker personally reviews every candidate for compatibility before introducing them to you. When registering, members agree to our community standards and represent that they meet our eligibility requirements, including that they have not been convicted of a felony and are not required to register as a sex offender. 4Keeps does not conduct formal criminal background checks, so please use your own judgment and take normal safety precautions when meeting anyone in person.

Yes. Clients can add optional one-on-one coaching and training sessions, professionally curated by Dr. Lindsay O'Shea, covering date prep, debriefs, confidence, and breaking patterns that get in the way. Coaching is included with the Focused and Priority plans and available as an add-on with Essential. It is supportive coaching, not therapy or a substitute for professional mental health care.
