When you complete our intake or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, age, location, background, preferences, and any photos you upload. We collect this information to provide our matchmaking services.
We use your information to understand your goals, build your profile, identify and arrange potential matches, communicate with you, and improve our services. Identifying details are shared with a prospective match only with your approval. We do not sell your personal information.
Intake submissions are transmitted to and stored by our website host's form service so that our matchmakers can follow up with you. To make our intake easier to complete, the form also saves your in‑progress answers locally in your own browser (using local storage on your device) so you can return and finish later; this draft stays on your device and you can clear it at any time.
We share information with our matchmakers and, with your approval, with prospective matches. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site, and as required by law. We do not sell your data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@4keepsmatchmaking.com. You can clear your locally saved intake draft using the "Start over" option on the intake form or by clearing your browser storage.
