Billing only begins after your consultation, once you've approved moving forward, and your matchmaker's time is tracked with time-tracking software so the hours reflect real work done for you.

Yes. Engagement scales with how many hours per week you'd like dedicated to your search, more hours generally means broader outreach across more channels and faster momentum. We'll recommend a level based on your goals and how specific your criteria are, and you can scale up or down over time. The right fit is decided together during your consultation.

Your matchmaker proactively sources from the entire world of singles, not a fixed roster. That includes professional networks, social platforms, mainstream and niche dating apps, our own community and past members, and referrals gathered along the way. Every potential match is personally vetted for fit before it ever reaches you.

Your matchmaker's working time is tracked with time-tracking software, and their work screen is monitored and accessible to you, so you can see the effort going into your search.
