Ever wondered why you went through a traditional matchmaking agency and ended up with crap matches that met absolutely none of your criteria?


Most agencies have a database of hundreds to thousands of candidates, but the problem is that not all of them are still single and when you slice and dice on qualifications, that pool is often insufficient which means the matchmaking agency needs to source externally.


Now, if you're a high performing candidate (which most of our clients are) and expect at least a nominal level of baseline requirements in a potential spouse, it becomes all the more difficult to source and convince.


Instead, what agencies will often try to do is try to kill 2 birds with 1 stone by finding 2 people who are both registered within the system and matching them randomly rather than advocating on behalf of either candidate to find them someone outside the system who would actually meet their qualifications. That is because the labor cost is too high.


So in the best case scenario, they're working hard within the very limited hours they can dedicate towards you to give you subpar to no results, or worst case they're not actually working hard at all and are just taking your money and matching you at random to give you subpar to no results. In either scenario you end up with not your match.



That's where we come in!





We train highly skilled overseas matchmakers to deliver dedicated matchmaking support directly for YOU. Because of the lowered labor costs, rather than serving a bunch of clients at once, these matchmakers work FOR YOU, looking both in and outside of our database to source you compatible matches, engage on your behalf, and coordinate dates and phone calls as needed.

Moreover, you have complete transparency with your matchmaker, where they provide you updates on a weekly basis of all their engagement efforts and are available to offer genuine feedback or advice when appropriate.

HOW IT WORKS





Step 1:


Sign Up & Fill Out Intake Form


The first step is to sign up for our services. Once we've validated you're a qualified candidate, you'll then be instructed to complete our intake form.

Step 2:



Connect With Your Matchmaker



Once your intake form has been submitted, you'll be assigned a matchmaker who will conduct a 30 min intake interview with you.


The purpose of this interview is to:

1. Go over your responses.

2. Go over the process and address any followup questions.

3. Determine the appropriate channels and targeting approaches that the matchmaker will use.

4. Serve as a final screen to ensure you're a good fit for the program.


Following this meeting, you will receive a link to pay to begin the services.



Step 3:



Training your Matchmaker



Once you and your matchmaker have established all your criteria, your matchmaker will begin searching and sharing social media profiles of a few example candidates for you to respond yes or no to, and why. This is considered the dedicated training period but throughout the process your matchmaker will be constantly improving based on your feedback.



Step 4:



Matchmaker Begins Outreach



Once trained, your matchmaker will first begin combing through our database. If there is a fit, your matchmaker will seek to coordinate and there will be a $100 charge on top of their hourly for that candidate should you wish to proceed.


If there are no fits within the existing database, your matchmaker will then begin outreach by sourcing from the previously agreed upon methods to find someone that will delight you.






Step 5:



Receive Matches



Your matchmaker will notify you of matches as they roll in based on the number of hours you allot for them. It will be up to you whether to approve or not approve.


Note: There is no known certainty as to how long it will take to find you a match. This will depend on your requirements, the receptivity the other party, your receptivity, and the agreed upon method and approach for engagement.



Step 6:



Scheduling



If desired, matches can have the option to have a blind pre-date via zoom prior to an in-person date. This will be coordinated via the matchmaker based on your availability.


The matchmaker will then arrange an in person date and enter into calendar.


Since it is expected that the guy pay for the date, male clients have the option to inform their matchmaker in advance of their overall date activity/location preferences such that the matchmaker selects locations that suit the male client's criteria while also considering the other party's interests.



Step 7:



The Date



At the date, we ask that you always remember our 3 rules throughout the date:

1. Be Open Minded

2. Be Respectful

3. Be intentional


Women: you should always say thank you at the end of the date. Afterwards, wait for the guy to message you.


Men: if you're interested (or not uninterested), you should follow up with a text the next day. If you're not interested, wait to talk to your matchmaker.

Step 8:



Provide Feedback



Once first date is complete, your matchmaker and you will schedule a follow up call to get your feedback on the experience. If things look like they have the potential to continue, CONGRATS! If perhaps there wasn't a spark, we still tend to encourage you to go on a second date. In the event there is a massive non-negotiable, your matchmaker will go back to the drawing board.
